A: When you decide to purchase our windows/doors, it typically takes about six to eight weeks for the items to be custom made at our factory and shipped to Thermal Gard. Once they arrive, in most cases each window can be installed in about an hour. Entry doors and sliding doors take about three to four hours.
A: Yes, our installation team works all year. They are very conscious of closing off each room and doing one opening at a time to ensure that no more heat or AC escapes than is necessary. Also, our installation team uses drop cloths and shoe covers to protect your flooring.
A: We offer 12-month same as cash financing upon credit approval from Mariner Finance and monthly financing is available for up to 72 months.
A: No. Everything from marketing to sales to installation to servicing our product is done by Thermal Gard employees. Our installation team only works for Thermal Gard and are fully insured with workers compensation.
A: Thermal Gard has a full-time service department and are known for serving our customers promptly with integrity and will do all we can to resolve any issue you may have.
A: Yes! We will do as few or as many as you need done.
A: Savings vary based on how many windows you replace. On average if you replaced every window in your home you could see up to a 35% savings on your monthly heating bill.
A: Yes. Our triple insulated glass windows are virtually soundproof.
