How do you improve on perfection?
Came home to find my new doors installed - they were able to schedule us a couple of days early and put two crews to work, so everything was done, from arrival to clean up and gone, in less than 8 hours. The 3 new doors look great, and more importantly, immediately made the house more comfortable and secure.
Thermal Gard is the best around! The last installation was on S. Baxter. My tenant was amazed at the knowledge and professionalism of the installation crew, I told him they are the best. He agrees!
From the first call to completion this was a top-notch project. Austin was knowledgeable and Mike and Matt were neat, efficient and courteous. I can't brag enough about the experience.

We had Thermal Gard installed at our first house 30 years ago and have installed them in our second house over the last 10 years. Just installed two bays windows and had an issue with the color of the trim. Thermal Gard went above and beyond to correct the problem and make us happy. Would use them again!

The improvement is incredible. We have a large decorative window that we love for the view and sunlight. We needed something to help with heat in winter and cooling in the summer. Thermal Gard had the answer and added custom storm windows. They match our siding perfectly and really solved our issue. The installers were friendly and did a fine job. They even cleaned the windows when they finished. In the future Thermal Gard will be the company I call for any window or door improvement. Thank You!
I just love my new windows and doors. The difference is incredible. My house is air tight and my furnace hardly ever runs. My front door and storm door were just installed today and I just sit and stare at them because they look so nice. Now I'm going to do my garage. I have four windows and a side door that I am replacing. I am just thrilled.
Paul Illig, sales manager, spent a lot of time at my condo carefully assessing the condition of each of my 21 windows. He coached me on how to get my windows fixed that were bought by a previous owner from a competitor. Since I only had one window to be replaced, the office staff fit me in between appointments. The installers were prompt, professional, courteous, and efficient. I like my new easy to clean window.
2019 late summer, we decided to put in windows using Thermal Gard. This was probably the best decision that we have made. We compared pricing throughout the surrounding area, and even though Thermal Gard was a little higher, we felt their sales people were the nicest. When the windows were installed, the workers were the most professional I have ever seen. They worked together like a well oiled machine. We even had a manufacture problem and they came out with different workers to repair the issue. Those workers were also very professional. We are now 6 months into having them, and the savings on the heating/cooling of our home is unbelievable. During the wind storms we had recently, we did not hear the wind at all. We also live on a corner in Lima that gets 10,000 cars a day passing by, but we feel like we live in a quiet neighborhood now. Just so you know, we replaced 12 windows with triple pane glass and we couldn't have asked for anything better in quality of the product, the service and the workmanship. Thank you Thermal Gard!

The Thermal Gard installers worked for 2 days in the wintery cold and wind to complete my project. I have big windows and lots of them. The installers were pleasant and answered any questions I had about the windows. Upon completion, I immediately noticed my home was warmer with no drafts. The outside looks cleaner and newer. Since my curtains no longer move in the wind I am looking forward to my lower gas bills. Thank You, Thermal Gard!
